LIM College offers a ton of different clubs where students can sign up to not only enhance extracurricular skills but just to overall make different connections with the student body. By joining student groups, students can get the chance to not only meet new people, you get to connect with different professors that lead the clubs and they are exposed to real-world opportunities. I am currently part of the NRFSA Club, the Cosmetics Club, and I also helped start the Block Club with my roommate. We created a platform where students could talk about their experiences at LIM and share their experiences also in their jobs and internships. When you are part of a club at LIM not only are you having fun and taking part in student life, you're actually networking. It's a great place to get to know people. A lot of clubs love to have industry professionals come and visit and talk about what they do in their everyday lives and in their jobs, so it goes hand-in-hand -- you network and you have fun and you have school spirit all in one.
