Hello, my name is Claire and I'm a first-year student here at LIM College. Today, we are here at the FOUND Study Residence Hall. It is newly renovated in a really great neighborhood and super close to campus. And come on guys, you're gonna follow me around. This is a standard double. These rooms are super comfortable and spacious. And they come with a mini fridge and a microwave and all of the regular features that most college rooms come with, including this comfy bed. Deluxe double rooms include a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave as well as a sink and electric cooktop. This is our student lounge here at FOUND Study Residence Hall. It is a super comfortable and spacious place. You can come here and play pool. You can come here and hang out. And LIM actually shares this space with a couple of other colleges, so you can make a bunch of different types of friends with all different types of people. And speaking of friends, this is my friend Sam, who also lives here and she's going to show you a couple of other amenities here at FOUND Study. Thanks, Claire! Here at FOUND Study Residence Hall, we have lots to offer. Come, let me show you around. Here we are at the communal kitchen and dining area. It is a great space to make food as well as meet new friends. Personally, I love to come down late at night and bake cookies in the oven as a good late-night snack. Here we are at the automated package room. It's a great amenity. We receive texts and emails as soon as we receive our packages so we can go ahead and pick them on up. Hey Sam, here's your package. Thanks! Along with the other amenities we also offer a 24/7 fitness center, large and small classrooms, and study spaces, as well as storage lockers and bike storage.
